You're most welcome DA.  Seems I've picked up a slight case of the Flu.  Doctor gave me some heavy duty antibiotics and said to stay hydrated.

I was timing the walk for the old codgers' group. Rule of thumb is, I walk it at my pace and then double the time allowed.And they can view the video and determine whether the terrain is too difficult for them or not.

Thats quite a good idea.  But if they see the walk before hand they might just feel the need to skip it.

I'm rather conscious that one ot two of them over-estimate their capabilities ( they're all even older than we are) so if they're a bit unsure I shall advise them to give it a miss - enabling the others to proceed at a reasonable pace.

It's good to have something to keep you busy though,   I do worry that me parents are just watching tv all day and not a lot else.

Mrs.B is prone to that behaviour as well.  I have to virtually drag her out some days.

Yes, since the symptoms I presented with mimicked C19 they gave me two C19 tests and both were negative.  I'm about 90% over the flu now.

I did feel lucky as the latest variant of C19 continues to spread.  Also, many of the southern states are reporting record numbers of Flu cases already.

Weve had a big increase of flu here too.   SWMBOd hates going to the office as so many people are coughing and sneezing.

I can't blame SWMBO for hating to go to work with so many people sick at this time.  I would always stay home when I got sick as I didn't want to share it with anybody else.  However, many people will come to work no matter what.  I'm like just take the day off and quit coughing and sneezing all over us.

The office where she works is getting really picky about people working 3 days in the office,  and if you miss a day they want them made up the following week.  Sadly that drives bad behaviour of people coming in regardless.    Even if you have C19 and work form home they expect you to make up the office days.
