Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. We recommend you unbind your account on the DJI Fly app so the new owner can bind his account. To unbind:
After the aircraft is bound with an account, it can also be removed from the account. To remove the aircraft from the account, there is no need to connect the aircraft. But only the bound account can operate this function. The path: Profile>Device Management>Account and Device>Remove device from account
If devices are left unbound, the new owner will encounter errors like the one below and may continue flying with the device only 3 times, and flyaway coverage might not be valid if the drone has DJI Care refresh that's why it is necessary to do this before selling the drone. Only the previous owner will be able to unbind the devices to their account.
