My Mini 4 Pro controller's internal memory is full of video and I have figured out how to change the storage to the SD Card, but I can't figure out how to move the video from the internal storage to the SD Card. Any help would be appreciated!

There's no reason you should be wanting to keep your imagery on the drone.
Copy it to your computer and format the card.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. There are two ways to transfer files using your DJI RC 2.

1. Copy the file in the DJI RC 2 Internal Storage to the SD card. The file is available on both the DJI RC 2 Internal Storage and SD card.

Operation Steps: Find the file in the corresponding path, select the file, click the three dots in the upper right corner and select "Copy to", then find the path where the file needs to be stored, and click "Copy".

2. Move the files in the DJI RC 2 Internal Storage to the SD card. Then the files in the DJI RC 2 Internal Storage are moved/transferred to the SD card. The operation steps are the same as above.

I believe his RC is full with video caches.  The other day I noticed my RC2 was low on memory.  It seems to be storing everything on the internal memory instead of the SD.  I have a 256 GB card in the RC & it is set to use it, but the SD is empty.  On my DJI RC for the Mini 3, I have a 256 GB card installed.  Blows my mind but every single flight I have ever done with the Mini 3 is still in the cache & it hasn't even used all that much of the card up!

This is exactly what happened to me. I own two other Mini 3 Pros so I'm not unfamiliar with how it is "supposed" to work. But I cannot move these files to the SD card for the life of me! I can delete them but I don't want to because it is footage from a vacation that I want to use. Yes, it is the footage saved with the controller display, that's what I want. I have the footage from the drone itself. Why it saved it to the internal memory, I do not know. It had an SD card in the controller.

There's still no reason you should be wanting to keep your imagery on the drone.

But if you really want to copy it to your SD card it's a simple matter to copy it to your computer and then copy that to the SD card.

I have a similar issue with screenrecording on RC2.
I change the path to record photos, videos and mdia from internal to SD but always when I start to record the screen, the video is saved on internal memory of RC2. Is it an issue or bug with current firmware version of RC2?

Hello there. Screen Recording is stored in the Internal Storage of the DJI RC 2 by default and cannot be changed. Rest assured your concern was already referred to the related department for evaluation. We appreciate your patience.

What the heck did you guys do with the forum? I can't find anything. I need to clear the internal memory of my Mini 4 Pro and I can't figure out how to do it. This means I can't update the firmware. Please give me instructions.
