Hi all,

I recently got a P4RTK and D-RTK2 Mobile station set and tried to establish connection between RC->Aircraft->D-RTK2 Station. I keep experiencing disconnections between the RC and D-RTK2 station every time the station establishes a satellite connection. As sson as the blinking red light under the power  button turns yellow then to green, the green light under the link button turns red.

Tried to re-establish connection after that, but was unsuccessful everytime. Without the satellite link, all 3 devices connect up normally, but the station breaks connection as soon as it links to a satellite.

I've updated their firmware to the most recent versions.
Aircraft = 02.02.0616
D-RTK2 Mobile Station = 03.01.0000
RC = 02.02.0614

I'm a total noob with the drone so any suggestions will be extremely helpful.

Thank you for the response.
I wasn't sure which was the actual serial number for the devices so I just jotted down everything I could find. Below are the CMIIT ID, FCC ID and IC numbers for each of the devices.

D-RTK2 (Model: R400BS) = CMIIT ID: 2018AP1633 / FCC ID: SS3-R400BS1806 / IC:11805A-R400BS1806
Aircraft (Model: WM334R) = CMIIT ID: 2018AP1369 / FCC ID: SS3-WM334R1801 / IC: 11805A-WM334R
Controller (Model: GL300N) = CMIIT ID: 2018AP0905 / FCC ID: SS3-GLN300N1801 / IC: 11805A-GL300N

Thanks for your response, I am in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and would like to use the device here. We purchased the device from a seller outside of PNG.
