I zigged in the right direction, it took a second or two to realise what was happening.

Nice place, near miss. I should've entered "landing mode" once you pushed further down - might've noticed then. But the glittering surface of water can be tricky for both the drone and the human eye even wanting to fly low.

Im not sure the FPV flying was very cinematic.  

Considering at the time I did not know what FPV was.

The Non fpv footage is lovely,   but the fake fpv the non fpv drones do rarely works in my opinion.

Lovely footage.    Pretty close call in almost turning the drone into a submersible.

I got a DJI yearly overview of my drone flights and yes it was front and center of the Opp's moment.
But it was flight 8 or 9 I was very tentative at what I was attempting.

It does give nice footage if you have the nerves to take it that low and fly over the water.

Yes It was a lack of knowledge to get up and over 1.2 mtrs before a swim and the end of my drone flying.
The effect was good when I turned I did not realize the height loss.
