1. Please check whether the propellers have been attached. If not, please attach the propellers correctly.
2. Please check whether the propellers are damaged. If so, please replace the propellers.
3. Please check whether the aircraft was flying in a high altitude area or if you have pushed the control stick with excessive force. It is recommended to try to fly the aircraft at a lower altitude.
4. Please check whether the aircraft is mounted with additional payloads, resulting in insufficient propulsion. If so, please remove the payloads.
5. Check whether there was strong wind during the flight, causing the aircraft’s attitude to become unstable. If so, please avoid flying their aircraft under strong wind conditions.
If the issue persists after the above troubleshooting, please send their product back for proper diagnosis.
