do you know if CPL filter from classic model would fit M3E?

No. Mavic 3 Classic only has one camera lens.

The NiSi Filmmaker ND Filter Kit made for the standard Mavic 3 will work on your M3E.  It has a ND4, ND8, ND16 and True Color Polarizer.  I use this set on my M3E and the Polarizer works great.

I bought a set of these, company does not guarantee fitment to the M3E.
They don’t fit on my drone.
I measured the pins where they connect, the DJI cover has a gap of .025 inches whereas the Nisi filters have either a .022 inches gap or a .025 inches.
The smaller size makes the filter impossible to install.

That's unfortunate... maybe you bought a different set than I did because mine work on my M3E.

That looks like the set I bought, NiSi doesn’t guarantee they will fit 3 Enterprise

Not sure what to tell you.  The set I purchased worked for me... guarantee or not.

Your NiSi filters look different from the NiSi filters in my set.  For what it is worth, here is a link to the set I use.

I would return the set you bought if you still can.
