Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Please update the firmware of all the components via DJI Assistant 2 software. At the same time, update the DJI Fly app on your mobile device then connect to the unit, and check if the issue persists. You may download the DJI Assistant 2 software using the link below also I will post a tutorial on how to connect the unit with the app. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
