It is a 60mph limit along that stretch,   so 88 would still be a bit quick.   It was probably the English teacher from the local school.

The English teacher at the local school drives a Delorean,  and sometimes he dresses like Marty.       It's quite hileraous.    An old work colleagues wife worked with him.
