the pc assistant software is giving me an error 'not dji intelligent battery'.
I have two batters and both are giving me the same error message.


I'm running v1.8 on the mac.

Can anyone please give me some help in fixing this issue?

Is it a Ronin?
1. Make sure the battery is tightly inserted on the ronin
2. Make sure all the firmware are up to date

yes it is a ronin.
I would love to update to the latest firmware but there are bugs and i can't risk not having a fully working ronin.
