That was at around noon yesterday.  It's rather cloudy this morning.
I'm resting after my long hike yesterday

Lovely shot,  and lovely and calm,  perhaps too calm for sailing.

Great shot Mr. B.    Looks like the boats are stowed away for the winter.

Thanks RDB. Yes, pretty much the case everywhere I think - like the one I took at Combs a couple of weeks ago.

You're very welcome.  Maybe a brave soul or two will break out their boats over the winter but I'm guessing the rest will sit in place until Spring.

I did notice, there's one canoe on the bank, and a car to the right. SO maybe some brave souls ventured out after I'd gone

Seems there is always one brave soul (or crazy) brave enough to venture out.  Nothing risk averse about them.
