I'm able to use the DJI app on my iPhone to connect to my camera.

When I try to use the app to view videos that are on the camera, the thumbnails themselves appear blank. When I tap a thumbnail to view a video, it's just a black screen. When I attempt to download a video, nothing happens - the little icon on the lower right of the screen (which I'd imagine would show download progress) never moves at all. When I attempt to download a trimmed version, the app gives me a "download failed" error.

Any tips?

Thanks for posting. I did find that thread shortly after posting, and it looks like I'm able to make the app work as designed once I've turned cellular data off.

that is their fix been this way for well over a year.   guess they got some thing with IOS

Due to the cellular network redirection policy in some countries or regions, the video may not be displayed or downloaded when previewing due to a network conflict. When this error appears while previewing, please disable the mobile phone's cellular data or turn on the mobile phone's airplane mode. Then, launch DJI Mimo for previewing or downloading. Thank you for your understanding.

So we shouldn't use their apps or devices? I'm not concerned - the Chinese already have incredibly detailed info on me from the 2015 OPM data breach; they got my entire file covering the investigations for my Top Secret and SCI clearances.

I didn't think it was so funny given the level of detail they got on not just me but my family, personal references, foreign acquaintances, etc., including interview transcripts with myself and others, polygraph results, etc. Can't say what may have been in there regarding unacknowledged programs I was read into.
