Hi,i'm to use the DJI thermal analysis tool but the images wont load.
we tried on different systems and different storages solutions. the images load fast in the beginning but then they load slower and slower ant finaly wont load at al.
im using the latest version. 3.2.0
please help.

Same here, just installed 3.2 folders with a number of images over 100 or so will display about 17 images then stop loading any further.

I put in a support ticket for this issue, I played around with the program and found that the previews load up to about 17 images on my computer, that is if the folder has only _T.JPG files, if you shoot saving the _W.JPG and they are in the same folder the previews will load a bit slowly but they load.
I tried removing the RGB files and refreshing the folder in the program it froze after a few images, adding back the RGB images and again refreshing the folder would not show previews, quitting the program flushes the data and the previews will load, so for some reason there is a memory leak with just the _T.JPG files. I don’t understand why they didn’t include palettes change with the batch process?

OK thanks. lets wait and see. i only have the T-JPG for the thermal data. The RGBs are in V-JPG, is the W a typo or can i change the image format someware?

The fix is in, DJI has released v3.2.1 it fixes the problem.
