Hi there, sorry for the issue you encountered. Please check the steps below:
1. Power off the DJI Ronin 4D. Remove the DL lens and DL mount. Check whether the pins are damaged or not.
1) If there is any dirt, wipe it with anhydrous alcohol. Let it air dry. Mount it again for testing.
2) If any component is damaged or does not pop up after being pressed, please return the corresponding component for testing and repair.
2. Re-mount the DL lens and the DL mount. (After tightening the lens, rotate it in the reverse direction to the endpoint.) Then, restore DJI Ronin 4D to the factory settings to see if the issue improves;
3. Check whether there is another DL lens or another device that can be mounted with a DL lens (such as Zenmuse X7/Zenmuse P1) for alternate testing.
1) If there is no other lens or device to conduct testing, we recommend sending back all of the devices for testing.
2) If you can conduct the test, please perform alternate testing to check the malfunctioning component. Then, send the malfunctioning component back for testing.
