Hey, everybody. Help! What to do? DJI OSMO POCKET does not turn on. Black screen. When trying to connect to an app, an error pops up: "Current app version or DJI mimo not supported".

The application no longer gives an error.

But! Very often the camera does not turn on immediately. There are delays of 2-30 minutes.

Also pay attention  to my appeal on the work of autofuchs! It occasionally just stops working. (It works only on very close objects or when lifting the camera up).  

Please help me to solve my problems. I can not use your device. I am very offended that I spent so much money and 2 days I can not use normally. I am reading the forums and waiting for help.

I know it's probably not going to help much but... have you tried rebooting your phone?

Good afternoon. Yes. But the problem is that this error appears every time again. It can happen at any time.
It's amazing. But the device continues to react: it gives errors, turns off and on. But it's like it's not booting!

The error with the app in the 4th video does not happen if the camera turns on without error. But, if the camera does not turn on (if the black screen with "DJI" is lit), the error in the app "Current app version or DJI mimo not supported" appears again.

I'll make a note. Sometimes your device works without any problems. And sometimes it starts to have the problems I wrote about above.

I can't return the item to the seller as there was only 7 days to return it. I waited a long time for your reply + I didn't post here right away.

I also can't return the item on the above links, as Russia is not on the lists. Could you make some exception for my situation so I can make a return from my country?

I went to an unofficial DJI service center. They told me something like: "faulty processor - frequency fluctuations". The repair cost $200.

So I bought a defective version. It's a pity that we have no possibility to apply for warranty.

DJI - perhaps you could do a little promo code for a new purchase? I would like to purchase a DJI Mic.  Thanks

If you have a VPN make sure it is turned off or make sure that devices on local network can connect.  I had the same issue and that fixed it.
