I just bought a DJI rs3 mini and it won't charge. I've tried multiple cables and power sources, so the problem is definitely the gimbal. When I click on the power button once, it shows the battery percentage but no charging icon. Please help me, have I got a faulty product?

Hi Admin, I have the same problem. My brand new RS3 Mini won't charge. I use the cable provided with 10W (5V, 2A) charger. Can you please tell me what to do?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. For the DJI RS 3 Mini, you could use a 10W (5V, 2A) charger with the USB-C cable that comes with the product. A full charge takes 2.5 hours (measured with a 10W charger at 25℃). May I know what is the display status of the battery level while you trying to charge the device? If it could not be charged, it is suggested you could try to switch another cable and retry, thanks.
