I need to renew my FAA drone registration and need to find my Remote ID serial number.
I went to the FLY app and went to settings and went to ABOUT and nothing listed for Remote ID serial number.


Where am I going wrong?

Or you can just choose NO (as in my drone does not have remote ID) and then finish your renewal.  Go back and fill in the correct details later.  I realize the poster now has a solution but for others who just want to pay and renew for a few more years until they gather their details for the March deadline.

Warning:  This use to work when I did my renewal in August so they may have closed this loophole.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Can you confirm what specific DJI Drone are you currently using? Kindly download and install the DJI Assistant 2 software on your computer and then update/refresh the firmware, also make sure to update the DJI Fly app to the latest firmware. Connect the drone to the RC then run the DJI Fly app and check the "About" section if you can now find the Remote ID serial number. Please keep us posted.
