Maybe a stupid question, but it would be useful for me.

I've filmed a bunch of videos on my Action 4, with various settings. I use a Macbook Air and Final Cut Pro for my video editing.

Once I've got my videos on my computer / hard drive, is there a way for me to see exactly what settings I used for each video? Frame rate, ISO, everything.

Not so familiar with Macbooks, but I do think there is a similar apps to those available for Windows for Mac OSX as well. Also, on Windows, selecting Properties from the file menu that opens by right, clicking the file has section that can show some metadata. Maybe the Apple ecosystem has a similar menu for files somewhere? A quick search on DuckDuckGo also seemed to show some links to websites that can display metadata from files uploaded for them. That metadata can display shutter speeds, framerates, resolutions etc. used for the video.

I'm sorry if my reply was somewhat vague, but I hope it still helps!
