I really dont have a use for it at the moment,   and the internal mic is proving so good that the one use case I had was to put a mic close to the railway line for the steam trains but the internal mic did fine for my use so far.

the internal MIcs on the OP3 are much better than the previous versions.

I had the OP and OP2.  Grandson liked to borrow the OP2 so I told him to just keep it.

The OP2 does have one advantage over the 3,   its shutter goes to 8 seconds rather than the 1 second limit we now have.

It seems by limiting the time to 1 second DJI has severely limited this capability, especially for timelapses.

Your guess is as good as mine.  I'd love to see DJI implement something like a slider of 1 to 8 seconds on the next FW update.

I dont think we'll see another update this side of Christmas now.   But that will give them more time to give us a present in the new year.

As long as they give us something before they take a week or two off for the Chinese New Year celebrations. So at least that should given them all of January since it observes it 10-24 February.  I think this year is the year of the Dragon.

Oh yes,   I forgot about their holiday,   the whole country seems to completely shutdown for 2 weeks as you say.

There are a few stores that let you collect points or cash back with purchases here,   this one is handy because we get it on food,  fuel etc.

Funny, apparently I had saved enough for a € 20,- coupon for a popular webshop.
So I converted them.
