Nice hyperlapse.   

Quite the long distance hyperlapse.   About 1:01 it appeared the drone made an abrupt direction change almost if a RTH was executed.

It was, Low battery was triggered. It was still getting further away but slowing with distance as it splined around the waypoint. Just a few 100 ft more and it would have been OK coming out of the spline curve on the way back home.

Too bad about the low battery but still turned out to be a great hyperlapse.  Keep up the great work.

Well, I did adjust some settings, calibrate the gimball and other stuff before the flight so capacity was not 100% to start with. Also, it was calm at ground level but hit some 17mph gusts headwinds at 200AGL.

Sounds like you are getting some pretty good winds in Texas, similar to the ones we are getting in southern Florida today.
