I saw this on a parcel and do not know what it is.  Can anyone enlighten me please?

Looks like a tank for a tanker truck for some sort of liquid. It appears to be upside down.

That is as good an explanation as any!  Thank you!  i guess I can see it now that you say it, and never even thought it would be upside down.  

It is 22 feet long, 8 feet wide so that would add up.

It sure was!  I could not make sense of it.

Any water nearby?  It could be a drug runners submarine build.

Yikes.  Well, there is always water, but you have to drill for it.  Pretty much in the desert if you want water, you need a well.  
I'm resolved to thinking it's an upside down tank for a trailer, missing some parts.  : )

No idea, but I'm curious now.
