Blackfriar's in Gloucester are the remains of a monastery here - can't tell you much about it as there was some sort of political event when I wanted to visit.
Rotherwas Chapel - inserted here, originally later that day - was closed. It dates from around 1583 and was the private chapel of the mansion nearby. The tower was added later.
Odda's Chapel is kinda sweet. It's supposed to be one of the best churches of Saxon times (built 1056 by Earl Odda) and was later incorporated into a farmhouse, kitchen in the nave and bedroom in the choir. It was rediscovered in 1865.
After a bit of fpv above the River Severn it's off to Tewkesbury Abbey, a mighty church that was bought by the townspeople after the dissolution of the monasteries. Most parts are Norman as the church was begun 1102 with stone from Normandy.
St. Mary's Chapel, Kempley, sports a surprising pink paint on one side and quite a bit of original wall paintings from the middle ages.
Goodrich Castle was the only place I couldn't fly at because of the weather. It's close to the Welsh border and fairly well kept.
Longtown Castle, a motte and bailey castle, would've been nice for fpv but while the Mini flies in light rain I didn't want to risk an fpv drone. The castle dates from either 1150 or 1220, depending on which info board you read.
Arthur's stone is a burial chamber from around 3.000 BC and one of the better examples of that type.
Drones: DJI Mini 3 Pro, iFlight Nazgul Evoque (GoPro 10), additional footage by DJI Osmo Pocket
Brilliant compilation Seb. You've seen far more of the Uk's heritage than I have You missed a trick though. At 1min 10sec, there was a hole in that old tree you might have flown through

Incredible compilation of castles and chapels. Impressive mix of aerial and indoor footage. Another impressive job Depp.
Thanks so much, Downtown, for your kind words. Much appreciated.

Thanks a lot, R! I see quick and you see deep ;-)
LOL - actually did. When I saw the footage I regretted flying over one of those thick branches but I never saw that hole before you pointed it out. Another missed opportunity - dang!

I don't think even you would have made it through the tree hole
