Hi there,

I've noticed that when I record videos and photos and I try to check them out on the RC, I can't see the photos!! Just recorded videos.
Is there an explanation for it? Am I doing anything wrong or it's already a related issue?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. DJI Fly does not cache photos, which can only preview low-resolution photos when the aircraft is connected. Please connect your aircraft and check if you can now see the photos. Hope this helps. Thank you.
