Thank You it was in Calls B airspace. Only got approval to 100 ft. I would have liked it to be higher.

You're most welcome.  Even with that height limit it turned out really great.

It's funny. I put in a LAANC request and followed the rules and I saw someone on the other side that I know flying at twice the height without regard so he probably got the better shot. Go figure.

I always tend to follow the rules, not only with drones but everything else.  It would be hard for me to go to court facing a fine or something and say I didn't know better.  As a retired lawyer I'd just get laughed at by the judge.  Besides those that break the rules really make it harder on those of us that strictly follow the rules.

And I see the rule breakers all the time What really burns me up is when I fly and someone who isn't licensed goes into areas where they shouldn't and then no one is allowed to fly there. It happens too often.

Instead of just penalizing the violators they penalize everybody for his/her indiscretions.  Seem to be the norm.

It's funny. I used to post my flights on Facebook in some of the drone user groups. I had to stop because every idiot tries to copy you and they ruin it for everyone. When I fly I go in, go up and get out. I follow the rules and keep a low profile. There are too many haters out there,

You're absolutely right about that.  I've seen some heated arguments in the comments of some the Facebook groups.  I did enough "arguing" as a lawyer during cases that I'm not interested in doing that on a public forum.

Ye, people generalize too much when it comes to interpreting rules.

Thanks, It was a nice bright day, so quick shutter speed gave a nice sharp result.

Looking forward to getting together next time so I can learn how to use the shutter properly and get shots like that instead of relying on good luck.
