As the title describes, im unable to unlock the 120m limit block, as a result of EASA sanctions, within the UK.

I have bought, activated and owned the device both in the UK and before 1/1/2024, and have no option to declassify my drone, although that shouldn't be nessecary for this scenario.
For Reference, the images attached present the menus, depicting the altitude block, in conjuction with my current aircraft and RC firmwares.

Aircraft: 01.00.0300
RC: 02.00.0300

Any help would be appriciated!

To me your screen capture suggests that you have set the limit to 120m not the firmware, am I mistaken?

You don't have a limit, just slide it to 500

To answer your questions, the option is greyed out, that may have not been so clear on the image, and I have not set the limit.

Could you post a screen capture taken by the controller itself? I think they can do that

This must be specific to you and your RC because I have just booted up my Mini 4 Pro drone and I can still set the maximum altitude at 500m. I too live in the U.K.

Can you try refreshing the controllers firmware, it's a std DJI ploy but sometimes it seems to correct things.

You need a GPS lock in the video it sows you have no satellites
