Here is the trick to get longer than 1s shutter speed!

You can access longer shutter speed by use AUTO exposure and select fix ISO rage. Try to choose fix low iso rage eg 50-100,50-200 and choose long interval  10s, 20s, 30s ,60s etc.
Then Pocket 3 will auto select longer shutter than 1s to maintain correct exposure. You will get maximum shutter speed as long as interval length. So If you use interval 60s the maximum shutter speed that you can get is 60s.

I hope DJI will add a proper option to select shutter speed longer than 1s because osmo pocket 3 can do it for sure.

Can you make a guide?   I can’t seem to get anything longer that 1 second,  I’m not sure what you mean by long interval as I can only select +\- ev settings and they max out for me at 1 S

You can only get longer than 1s on timelapse and motionlapse mode. You can not get more than 1s in photo mode. I hope DJI will fix this issue. So, Even you want to take one photo that longer than 1s you have to do in timelapse mode. Try it again.

Nope still cant get more than 1S.   Timelapse,   Auto mode, ISO 50-100 ], EV+3 with the camera in a dark environment the shutter still shows a max of S1 for me.

You have to let shutter speed Auto and fix iso range. Then check EXIF and check noise in your picture.

The shutter speed is shown in the top left corner when in auto mode,  are you saying it will report 1 but the exif will be higher?

You have to be in very dark place. If still have still some lighting in the area. 1s shutter speed might be enough for pocket 3 to get correct exposure.

Here is the settting . Just ignore shutter speed value on top left.

Weird,  In complete darkness I cant see above S1.

It certainly does work. You can even test it in timelapse or motionlapse by putting your hand close to the lens to block out light. I got enough of a break in the clouds to record a star motionlapse despite a full moon. I'll be out testing it for a proper star lapse if the weather relents any time soon. I was able to get a 2" & 3.2" shutter speed. I set auto exposure, iso 50, 10 second interval and a 25 second interval, worked on both settings.  I pointed it at a monitor that was turned off.
