273X Zoom on 1X Camera on Mavic 3 Cine eror??

I have an issue with my Mavic. When using the regular camera, (1X-3x) the system is glitched and 1. The cameraa will not work, and 2. The system starts at 273X zoom?? Any help!?

How do I reset the camera? Ive already reset Camera parameters, if thats what you’re saying. Is there another way to reset the camera?
