The stick is centered, but the signal is tilted about 60% to the left. (axis 1/roll)
Calibration does not solve the problem.
Is there any way to fix this?

Hi there, after checking with our engineer team, we found there might be a deviation on the simulator.

Before you send back, you could troubleshoot as the following.
Firstly, may I know which simulator you used? We would like to double-check the compatibility.
At the same time, please also try the actual flight with the remote control stick. If there is no problem with it, then it is basically an issue with the compatibility or settings of the remote control and simulator. Please try and keep us update, thanks.
