Since I brought my Mini 3 Pro I have used a Sandisk Extreme Pro 512 GB SD Card.
This card is not on the recommended list but has always worked and performed fine.


Then I used it to back-up some photos and transfer them, I then did a security erase on the card wiping everything and then formatted it on my Mac.

I then went to use the drone and did a firmware update, and now whenever I use the drone I get:

"File System Error - Change Card (no memory) with a code: 1C100408.


Anyone else had this problem ?

How do you format a card once in the drone, I couldn't find that function ?

Last year the same had happen to me when I had removed the sd card and only deleted some video and pics (no formatting) on a tablet. Then later in the evenning had proceeded to the field for a flight but was unable to fly because of the similar warning you had.
Formatting in the drone resolved my issue.

Formatting the card sorted it and I also had to recalibrate the drone.

All done

Your avatar of the Vulcan bomber brings me back memories in the early 80's when one of them had done a low level fly-by visit over one of our East Coast Canadian stations and had opened his fuel dump valves which then happened to ignite the fuel in the hot exhaust, was quite a visual, LoL.

I bet that was quite a sight  

I was serving in the RAF during the late 70's to 80's and worked on the training programme for the Vulcan Bomber Black Buck raids on Port Stanley during the Falklands War, hence my Avatar and name.

The Vulcan was arguably one of the most impressive and beautiful aircraft to ever fly, years ahead of it's time in design.

Yes several times.

I then reformatted it via the controller once in the drone (as above) and it sorted it the problem.
