Beautiful blue skies welcomed in the New year, but by the time we got out there the clouds were already rolling in. And now it's raining - again.
But the Mini3Pro got aloft for a quick look around before the rain began.

I'm glad you got up there.Nice town. I've been grounded due to weather. Hopefully tomorrow will be nice. Hoping to get out.

The one by the wier?  It's an old 18th Century cotton mill. Now houses a night club, a coffee house and a couple of other functions.

No rain for us at the moment,  but the neighbour 2 doors down has lost some of his fence,  and Im not surprised the wind is really getting wild here.   

Lovely 360 to start the day and the New Year.    Sorry, that rain followed but at least you got in a flight. That water next to that building seems to be moving exceptionally fast.

Yes, and we know which direction it will go for sure.  I see from a few of your reply comments that you are in for more rain.  Should make for the river cresting even higher.

Thanks goodness it stopped raining here again.  Now if we could just get the winds to settle down it would be great.

  Probably so.  I think I jinxed myself as we now have rain through Sunday.  Guess I'll be spending more time at the Pistol Range or underwater diving to avoid the rain.

Hey I'm glad that you had a day of sunshine to bask in.  I toted a brolly around today which is never fun.  I sent at least 100 bullets down range and tore up several paper targets.  Still raining so I'm going to field strip and clean both pistols I shot today and occasionally watch the rain drops fall.

You guys deserve it.  For the last 3 or 4 weeks if it quits raining then the gusting winds come in.  So I'm spending more time diving or at the pistol range.  I've gone through about 700 rounds at the range in the last two weeks.  Filled my scuba tanks 3 times.  Don't have to worry about rain or winds inside the pistol range or under water.  However, transiting out to some dive spots the winds kick up the waves and it can make for a bumpy ride out and back.

Yes, definitely keeps me from getting bored.  I even took up drum lessons week before last, but don't look for me in a rock band.

Yes, good point and fortunately no neighbors for a mile or so.  However, it is an electronic drum set so I can just put on my headphones if I don't want to use the amplifier.
