Hello, I'm having the same issue.  Iphone 6 with IOS 12.5.7 and the dji app version is 1.12.6.   I would also like some instructions on how to install a previous version.

Also, I have a dji mini 3 with updated firmware on drone and controller.

As a matter of fact, the hint Go to Settings, General, VPN & Device Management and choose to trust the DJI Fly app is the key for all who downloaded the revision 1.12.3 outside the app store to set the state of the DJI Fly App to be trusted by iOS 12.5.7.
After that revision 1.12.3 works properly on my iPhone 6 Plus and the problem ist solved.
