I have a multispectral drone and used it to do 3 repeat shots of the rice paddies. I had no problem using indices like NDVI, but when I tried to look at the NIR, Red values, they were too low (about 1/2 the value) compared to the satellite values. Is this due to the lack of reflectance measurement?
