So I just purchaced a 2 year Care Refresh plan for my Osmo Pocket 3, I did it online using my serial number so it's automatically binded to my product im pretty sure but when i check the app, it says DJI Care Refresh - Not Active (reference picture attached)

I know it says it is under warranty but i was just wondering if the "DJI Care Refresh - Not Active" section was just for if i sent the product off for repair and an active repair/replacement would show in there.
