Hello all,
This may have been asked hundred of times but i need some help with the active track.
My ussue is i cant get the option to enter active track.
I have been looking for an answer for days now and im getting confused with all the different answers. I have watched loads of youtube video's and read hundreds of posts here but I cannot figure out where I'am going wrong
I have a mini 3 pro
I have activated subject tracking
I have set the video to 4k 30FPS and tried other settings 1080p 24fps etc.

The only options I have after drawing the box are activeshot, POI and spotlight

The only thing I can see that may be an issue is the fact im in a class 4 restricted zone, but from what im reading this shouldn't cause a problem.

Can anyone confirm what i might be doing wrong and potentially a solution

What are you drawing the box around?     Perhaps do a screen recording so we can see what you are doing.

I have drawn over myself and my car. I made a mistake in my description of the issue. Its not focus track, its active shot i cant get to change.

Record the screen on the remote control so we can understand your error.

Nope it says active shot. When I select it I have 2 options, Manual and parallel.

I think you should do a screen recording and then upload it so we can see what you're doing.    Active Shots is the new name for Active track.

IU think they changed it on the recent fly app update for all the drones.
