Hello everyone,  I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a new drone and while setting it up, I came across an option to purchase Care Refresh. As someone whose home content insurance covers the loss, theft or damage of gadgets away from home, I'm wondering if it's worth buying the Care Refresh as well. If anyone has experience with both insurance products and could provide some feedback, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you,  John

Does your home content insurance cover these items on a drone?

    Signal loss or interference that resulted in a crash
    Collisions
    Accidents
    Dropping your drone
    Water damage
    Operator error resulting in damage

If not you probably want to purchase Care Refresh.

I don't know. And because of that, I will purchase the insurance.

You're welcome.  I buy Care Refresh for all my drones.  Better to be safe than sorry as they say.  

In the UK is we need to claim or pay for a repair the drone has to be returned to the Netherlands,   usually DJI will provide a shipping label and 3 copies of an invoice for customs,    the process works great but if you end up paying for the repair they add the cost of shipping both ways to the bill.     The refresh package is fairly cheap for what you get with it and offers great peace of mind.      If you dont take it within 48 hrs of activating the drone you will need to do the video process to show the drone in operation.
