I am currently waiting for a returns label as my Pocket 3 that I ordered at about the same time as you, never changed from Warehouse Picking your item status but I received it about a week after placing the order (incidentally, it is still showing as warehouse picking your item 3 days after delivery!!). Unfortunately, the Serial Number of the device is locked and the only solution appears to be return for replacement.

Additionally, I did not receive any email updates after the original order confirmation and the courier telling me they had a parcel.

I hope the last part of the dispatch process isn't to unlock the Serial number and that's why I received an expensive paperweight.

I'd be interested to see if your device activates ok when you do receive it.

Avata 2 Flymore Combo order#0016699084125 was listed to be delivered on January 4th, 2024, status is “warehouse is processing your order”. This is for my business and can not keep getting delayed. I advise anyone hesitantly reading this to not order anything from DJI until all of our issues are resolved. I am debating canceling my order and speaking out against this company. As said above, advertising both fast shipping and delivery dates and not fulfilling either even close to date promised is false advertising and potentially grounds for class action when some of our jobs depend on proper timelines.
