Has anyone experienced a DJI FLY app crash on the DJI RC?
I have the Mavic 3 Pro and during a recent flight, as I was toggling between map, compass, and vision assist, my app crashed. It happened as I was switching to the vision assist widget. The screen on the RC was unresponsive, but both drone and sticks on the RC were working. As I was assessing the situation and having noticed that the drone was still controllable, the app relaunched by itself. I have not tried recreating the issue since, but was curious to see if others have run into something similar?

Hello there. Sorry about the trouble. If this issue persists, please make sure the DJI RC firmware version and the DJI Fly App are the latest. If the version is the latest, please refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2(Consumer Drones Series). You can also backup the files of the DJI RC, and then do the factory reset or remove the SD card and check if the issue remains. Have a nice day.
