Hello, I'm having trouble to enter gimbal lock mode on the RS3.

I'm pressing and holding the front button and it says gimbal lock, but when I move the gimbal it just moves the camera anyway.

Everything is up to date and set properly, but i can't find a way to fix it.
Could you give me any assistance?!

I have the same problem. I thought the idea of locking it was for Tilt and Pan to stay loked, but they are moving anyway. Appreciate help if anyone knows a solution. Or perhaps our RS3 is defective!!!!
