They had two locations. Covid was the first punch and this economy was the second. IMHO

Impressive footage Charlie.    Looks like a really nice piece of real estate with lots of potential uses.  Probably will not be on the market long.

It's a large space, around 8,500 sq. ft. Hopefully someone will see it as an opportunity. I have a few people I'm showing it to.

I've no yardstick to compare it against, but it does sound expensive in any currency.

Just the annual Taxes on the property are $57,000 per year. If you got a loan for 80% at 8%. It could cost you 16,600 per month. That's quite a few dinners.
