Morning misty shots always have that ethereal feel. Nice capture.

Definitely a nice early morning shot.    Hopefully, that frost burned off quickly.

Its bright here but the wind is absolutely bitter,  Ive got a Beef Bourguignon in the oven so that later when I pop out for some fence panels I'll have something to warm up to on return.

Now that sounds like a fantastic plan.  Always nice to have something warm and savory waiting on you when coming in from the blustery, cold outdoors.

Did Jambalaya last night,   just a simple veg & chicken version as SWMBOd got stuck in traffic for an hour.  Tonight is a new thing Ive not done before called Mongolian pork.

I've had Mongolian Pork a couple of times and it tends to not be spicy.  So when I make it at home I add some red pepper flakes.

The recipe I had called for some chilli garlic sauce which perked it up a little bit.

It was quite tasty and a good way to use up a cheap pork tenderloin.

That's a win win situation.  I'm trying a new stuffed peppers for one recipe.  Easy and quick to make and doesn't require a lot of ingredients and nice to not have leftovers.  Orange or Yellow bell pepper, extra virgin olive oil, chopped onions and garlic, mix of ground turkey and chicken, Italian seasoning (mix using dried basil, oregano, rosemary, and thyme), baby spinach, tomato and cheddar cheese.

Sorry to hear that.  Made for a great meal last evening.  It's not something I eat regularly but I do like them on occasion as it is a good break from all the seafood I eat.
