Hi all , so I had mine drone since end of November and love it .but since update I had no sound , spoke to someone a DJI and they said I was on the wrong firmware !!! 01.03.1000   they told me I should be on 01.03.500  of which I found strange .of I went and downloaded DJI assistant 2 as instructed and  it went and refreshed 01.03.1000. Which I had anyway .. well. Still no sound ..  so I just went back to store and got a replacement.. all good  I have sound ... My problem now is how do I get the care plan on the new drone????

Okay not sure what I can do  as it's on the 01.03.1000 as the DJI assistant 2 on pc refreshed too  what do you suggest I do ?

Hello, there. May we know if you are also using DJI RC with DJI Mini 3? Have you updated the DJI RC to the latest version? If not, will it prompt the correct firmware update for DJI RC if you connect the drone to the DJI RC?

Mini 3  with RC controller. Everyone keeps saying the firmware is 01.03.500. on my RC it's 01.03.1000.  When I connect to internet  it say that . When I log on from pc it says that . And when I DJI assistant 2 on pc it says that  so . Why is everyone telling me it's 01.03.500.   This is nit   if it is 01.03.500. Why is mine 1000. , and more to point how am I allowed to download it ?

Hi there, sorry for the misunderstanding.
For the DJI RC, the latest firmware version is v01.03.1000, which was launched on 2023.12.27.
Please no worries on it, and the details you could refer to the DJI RC - Release Notes via the following link, https://www.dji.com/uk/rc/downloads
Based on the above comment, may I know have you get the DJI Care Service on your new device successfully?
