Hi Peeps. Hope that you can help me. I have a Mini 3 the controller of which started behaving oddly in flight the other day - it started switching screens.  Now I've looked at it and it is randomly typing characters in text fields. I have just cleaned the screen and done a factory reset. It won't allow me to type in my email address to log back in and fills it with random characters. Thanks in advance Russ (or maybe it's *78&9 !)

You can contact our support team to start up a ticket at https://www.dji.com/support . Also, the warranty can be applied depending on the outcome of the damage assessment including the warranty period of your unit. Thank you for your understanding.
