Tengo un Samsung S21, ahora se actualizó y no estoy pudiendo abrir el DJI Pilot. Ya lo desinstalé y lo instalé de nuevo y nada.
Qué puedo hacer?

Probé con una tablet que el Android es inferior al 14 y funcionó.
Pero, quedo atenta a las actualizaciones de DJI. ¿Quién sabe DJI Pilot vuelve a funcionar en mi celular S21.

Hola, tengo el mismo problema. Hasta hace 2 días me funcionaba bien y ahora no abre la app dji pilot. Podrían ayudarme ya que lo necesito para trabajar.  Gracias

Hola thor, gracias por responder. El telefono es un galaxy A21S, la version de Android es 12. Al principio me aparecia el siguiente mensaje: "dji pilot se cierra debido a que esta aplicacion tiene un error". Entonces la desinstalé y volvi a instalarla y ahora no me aparece el error pero al abrirla no se mantiene en la pantalla. Es como que se cierra pero en realidad queda abierta en un segundo plano

Me parece una falta de respeto al consumidor. Confié en la marca y resulta que ahora tengo que descartar mi drone por una simple actualizacion. El aparato funciona bien y debo tirarlo porque no quieren mantener el sistema operativo actualizado. Dejan mucho que desear y me encargaré de divulgar entre mis colegas la respuesta que me dieron.

Hola, me acaba de suceder con mis celulares y Tablet. Ninguno me funcional el DJI Pilot y debo ejecutar 3 trabajos grandes y estoy complicado. Hello. Do you get an error message when you open or install the app? If so, could you provide relevant screenshots? Please try to turn off the network and launch the DJI app. Skip the login step. Kill the app and then open the network.

Good day, I have had problems since 10/05/2024, with DJI Pilot, it closes when I open it.
Uninstall and install again from the DJI downloads website and it continues doing the same thing.

Can you tell us your phone model? You can follow the steps below.
1. Please clear the mobile phone cache and ensure that the mobile phone has enough storage available (10G or more is recommended). Hard restart the mobile phone.
2. Check the App version, if the app is not the latest version, then it is recommended to update the app to the latest version.
3. Please clear the cache from the app itself for testing. Please remember to back up App data (if required);
4. Cross-test with another compatible mobile device to check whether it is caused by the compatible issue.
Please keep us updated if the issue persists.

Generally, devices not listed as supported mobile devices can also be used if their system versions are the same or later than those published on the DJI official website (Beta system versions may not be compatible).  It is recommended that you download and install the app to test the basic functions, or go to a nearby outlet (if any) for product testing.  Thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any problems during use, please do not hesitate to contact us.
