Hi
I have a problem downloading photos ( not video) to my mobile device iPhone 11 and also to the saved file on the RC
When I take a photo it appears as a thumbnail.. normal but when downloaded it’s grayed out completely except for 2mm at the top of each photo
I have tried auto,pro settings various iso settings and setting as well as shutter speeds
I’m sure the ere is something I’m missing in the process?
I have tried it with mobile data on and off to no effect
