This old home was well apointed lots of chimneys ( heating) still straight except
for the front right hand collapse.
One drawback the still water in the ponds perfect mozzie territory.

Lovely views.  The field across the road from the abandoned house looks to be currently in use and very fertile.  Not sure if the house is a fixer-upper or a tear down and rebuild.

I had to get out my Aussie dictionary to figure out what a mozzie was.  

Needs some work but could be a lovely islolates spot.

It would be beautiful but what a Job someone might try
but todays councils are a Pain to satisfy
Heritage run and hide when that name is spoken.

It would be relatively simple to restore, until heritage gets involved.
at 68 yrs of age my manual building days are over.
This year will be my last lecturing year  I retire February 2025
ripe old age of 69yrs of age started working like at 15yrs so 53 years
Got kicked put of school ( visual learner) in the 70s there was
little consideration for anything but the Big  3  Reading- Writing- Arithmetic
