How can you tell?Last 3 numbers of the case number?

#206 still not shipped

I think the last 3 digits is not all that matters. The first ones are showing the date on which the request was received. I believe the last 3 digits are only showing the request number on a given day.

The #REQ enumeration is per day.
This is the way to easily obtain a unique application code in a FIFO process.

So it's 2024/04 (April) and day is 13th.Still says "to be shipped".Thanks for the info.That's 23 days since application, yet nothing.

Wenn ich Dir einen Rat geben darf, wende Dich mit deiner Case Nummer an einen der Admins hier und bitte um den Sendecode. Wenn meines schon mit DHL Express verschickt wurde, gehe ich davon aus, dass der Rest wenigstens per Einschreiben oder als versichertes Paket mit Verfolgung verschickt wird.

Ich denke, es wird nur ein Brief sein ohne Sendungsverfolgung.

Nervt langsam die unendliche Wartezeit.
Erst Januar dann März, am 11. April war dann Registrieren möglich und  heute ist der 8. Tag, die Post war schon da aber nichts von DJI.
Es wird Zeit, nur noch Paar Tage und dann bin ich für 3 Monate an der Algarve und da wollte ich Ausgiebig fliegen.

Mine arrived registered but i didn't receive a tracking code. Just when DHL sent me a Mail stating that a parcel is in in transit i knew its coming.

Ohmann das klingt nicht gut. Heute hat ein Kollege, bei dem es auf "shipped" stand nachgehakt und man sagte ihm, es sei noch garnicht verschickt, weil es einen Engpass mit den Labels gäbe. Hier werden Kunden systematisch verarscht. Nicht nett.

Lt. Support gibt es keine Sendungsnummer und meine Label wurden am 01.05. in Holland verschickt.

Bei mir ist am 29.04. der Status umgesprungen auf versendet.

Hoffe sie kommen rechtzeitig.

Vom 01.05. bis jetzt hätte ich auch mit dem Fahrrad nach Holland fahren können um die Labels abzuholen, wäre schneller gegangen als mit der Post.

Seems like we are going to start having delays for at least half the ppl who did the application.People saying that the stickers got sent but still waiting like this, surely points to that.Just wish they were more ready for this.

I believe so too, it can only be like this, ordinary mail. With DHL Express, shipments do not take more than two working days from Holland to Italy. It would be appropriate for the forum administrators, if informed, to give us information on this matter.

Yes. Ordinary mail from The Netherlans. No tracking #, no idea IF labels are really sent, where they are and if ever we'll receive them.
But 10 days looks a long time also for snail mail...

It wouldn't be bad if some @administrator of the forum came to our aid by enlightening us on this aspect too. Of course, Dji isn't making a good impression on us even in this circumstance. In Italy then, between the slowness of ordinary mail in general in Europe and that of the Italian Post Office in particular, we are not in a good situation at all.
After all, it would have cost DJI nothing to also use DHL Road Economy shipping (maximum delivery time 5 days from Holland to Italy), even at the cost of charging us the shipping costs, instead of keeping us in the dark again everything as has already happened with backmarking.

I fully agree. I would have been more that happy to pay some €€ to have a fast and reliable delivery. It's almost a week that I'm looking quite nervoulsly into my mail box and my satisfaction for DJI is moving down day by day.

No, just been told it can take up to 30 days for delivery, status is still "to be shipped". So two more weeks ...

Shipping since April 29th. Support says transport takes 30 days

Shipping April 29th from Holland (Amsterdam) to me 350km.

I have no Labels become from DJI!

No nothing.I did mine on 13th April.Still on "to be shipped" status.It's been about 26-27 days now and supposedly, they were saying we would get the stickers in 30 working days.
