I don't believe we're dealing with chatbots, but it sure feels like the admins are hitting us with the same canned responses, probably hoping to calm us down. What they seem to overlook, whether they can't see it or aren't allowed to, is that it's becoming a joke and just ends up p*ssing everyone off even more. DJI really needs to step up their communication game. I mean, with what they're raking in, splurging on a solid PR team should be a no-brainer.

So indeed they were waiting for Avata 2 release and firmware update… could say so.

I have just updated to latest FW but still unable to request a C1 label though. It still says that the product does not support certification.

EDIT: I was finally able to request a label, now have to wait another 20 working days...

Yeah, it's very possible

I remember asking them about the price of a drone, if it's on discount right now or a permanent cut.I know I was talking with a real person, yet the conversation felt like I was talking with a bot.The only thing they were saying pretty much, was to keep looking regularly for possible price changes.

Why is it so hard to just tell me straight if it's on a discount or not?LOL.

Edit: Finally the update happened and installed it.So now, only a C1 sticker is left and we're golden?

Can you please describe the way in which you initiated the certification? I can’t find the start. I have already loaded the latest firmware. I use a SmartController for my Air2S

I've done the update as well but can't find the Remote ID section. Where can I find it?

Hi, you can find the CX label request option after clicking the Service icon on the app homepage (make sure you're running the latest version and that the drone is connected to the app).

Remember to update DJI Fly to the latest version. Then, the option to enter Remote ID appears at the bottom of the Safety tab in the app.

I have just found the option into the support section of the DJI Fly

The drone needs version 02.04.2700 and the app 1.13.0. Then everything works, including remote ID.

Finally, after so much rage against DJI, they did it. Maybe a little late and without fresh information, but they did it. This kind of support to a 3 year old drone is very rare nowadays and very welcome. Thank you so much.

Also just have applied to the label. Thanks for the effort.

Yes. You need to update your app and your drone.

I'm super happy that I haven't returned my drone but waited. Communication could be better but results are the most important and getting C1 for an older drone really shows that DJI thinks about user and not only just money. Thanks DJI!

It works now with my IPAD. So this looks the android app has a problem and need an update.....

I experienced the exact same thing with my RC RM330, getting an error message when I tried to submit. In the end, I successfully requested the label through the RC-N1 and my iPhone. As you said, it does seem to be an issue with the app on the RM330.
