Hi! I shot some videos yesterday and was ready to transfer them from the SD card today. However, I found videos 2 weeks before my last shot up till my last shot was gone completely. No where to be found. I could still find the THM file on the SD card however not the videos. Anyone has any suggestions how to retrieve the missing videos? Is it a issue of DJI OSMO pocket 3?

I'm having the exact same issue on my Osmo Pocket 3. I've shot very important footage on a whole day of production on the Osmo Pocket 3. My microSD card has 30.23GB available out of 127.86GB on my Sandisk Extreme Plus 128GB (97.63GB of files) but only 4.61GB in DCIM. Every file can be found in THM at the exact shooting time on "Created Time." I'm using a MicroSD card reader included with my SandiskCan someone assist? I'm leaving the production country in 48h. I need to tell the client to reshoot everything if the files are really gone.

Hello. I am in the same situation. All the videos and photos I took were gone. I can’t find it. I had the chance to review the videos and photos then when I use my sd card reader to transfer my videos and photos to my hard drive using macbook all gone!!! Please help!!!!
