Hello everyone,

I have an issue with my drone, I did a flight yesterday and everything was normal until I landed. I noticed the RC lost connection, but I thought nothing of it as I was finished flying. I placed the drone in its case and put it to charge.

Fast forward to this morning that I'm trying to turn it on with a fully charged battery, (Press and hold power button) nothing happens. The battery lights show that it's fully charged, but the drone doesn't light up, move the propellers, play the boot-up sound, connect to the RC, nor connect to DJI Assistant. However, I can hear and see the camera moving, it does this repeatedly.

I contacted DJI and they recommend sending the drone to their team for repair, but I live in Central America and they don't accept international shipping. This is really frustrating, especially since this expensive drone is less than a month old and DJI wont accept my shipment.

Hi Jonathan Moore8, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thi is not he experience we wish you to have.
May I know have you tried to use another cable to see if it could be connected to DJI Assistant 2?
If it could be connected successfully, please try to refresh the firmware version to the latest for the device to see if it works.
If still in vain, please provide us the device serial number for record. And since you are in Belize, we will help you to further confirm with our relevant team to see how to figure out your issue. Thanks.

Very disappointing...

The camera no longer moves, the drone is now completely dead. I cant even access the internal storage.

Can someone from DJI please help??

Thank you for your reply. After checking, the aircraft is the US version. Based on your feedback above, it is better to send back for a comprehensive check to ensure your future use.

If you have friends in US, it is suggested to ask him help you to send for repair and receive in US. After that, you could arrange the cross-border shipping on your own. Thanks.

Hello to you!.. I had the same problem and I couldn't turn the remote on. I tried many times to turn on it normally but I didn't succeed. The remote was never opened. But here's the suprise! First, I updated the drone by connecting it to the computer.  I pressed the opening button about 10 times quickley and then it opened suddenly and it's working normally now. Watch for flashing green lights like CPR. Watch for flashing green lights like CPR. Then I held it for a long time. You will see the red light turn on.  Maybe you have to try this buddy so you may you solve the problem. The remote immediately requested an update. follow the commands. Wish you success!

Thanks for sharing your concern.
Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Properly power on the aircraft. Press the Power Button for one second. Release for one second. Then, press it again for two seconds.
2. Check if there is any foreign matter in the battery compartment. If there is, clean the battery compartment and remount the battery.
3. Check if the metal connector outside the compartment and battery contact pins are misshapen or have poor contact. If so, we recommend adjusting them manually or wiping the pins with isopropyl alcohol.
4.If there are several batteries, use another battery for alternating troubleshooting.
