Sounds like just another small dusting.  The upper northeastern US is getting plenty of snow.  Yesterday, Massachusetts averaged an inch of snow per hour for about 16 hours straight.  Time for them to get out the shovels, snow blowers and plows.

You're not missing  much. It was just a short clip of the refuse lorry going past with the snow swirling in its headlights. It was still dark.
